Omdat Ouderenpartij Diemen het klimaat een warm hart toedraagt hebben we besloten om de klimaatklok op onze website te plaatsen. De #ClimateClock (klimaatklok) is bedacht door een groep van kunstenaars, wetenschappers en artiesten. De klok telt op basis van de huidige wereldwijde uitstoot van broeikasgassen af tot het moment waarop mondiaal 1,5 graad opwarming is bereikt. In het rood wordt afgeteld tot wanneer 1,5 graden opwarming van de aarde is bereikt. In het groen wordt opgeteld hoeveel energie wereldwijd hernieuwbaar wordt opgewekt.
